A Quick Pistons Update

The newest Pistons trade rumor: Chauncey Billups to the Warriors for F/C Andris Biedrins. This one looks like it won't happen, as Golden State is balking on including the 21-year old Biedrins in a deal, instead offering Al Harrington. Worth mentioning, however, is the fact that Billups has appeared in almost every trade rumor involving the Pistons. It looks like he may be the core player that gets dealt this offseason.

Detroit also played its first summer league game today, defeating the Lakers 84-73. Rodney Stuckey led all scorers with 21 points, and Arron Afflalo chipped in 15. Amir Johnson had 12 points on 5-5 shooting, as well as 9 (!) personal fouls.
